E-Gymonline.com was originally launched in 2005, before Youtube or any of the Social media sites existed. It was unique in its day as there was nothing like it on the internet.

Back in 2005 E-Gym was so far ahead of its time it wasn’t picked up and has sat quietly on the internet since then.

However with the changes in lifestyle today and the virus issues that are being dealt with, it my be time to bring it back to life so that all you people out there can exercise whilst you are locked down .

Sometimes it isn’t easy to get to the Gym, some of us may feel self conscious or just don’t have the time to get there. So here is my alternative 

I have designed sets of easy, moderate and difficult aerobic classes for you to do at home. You can jump onto the site any time you like and do your 30 minute workout. 

Start with the easy classes, don’t try to jump into anything too difficult. Do each class in the set 6 times (so one class should be done every day for a week) As your fitness grows you should find you are not so out of breath and you are getting the hang of  the steps. 

 

Once you have completed a set of 6 for one class then move onto class 2 and so on. 

If you are very unfit or have any health conditions  please do check with your doctor before you dive in, we don’t want anyone doing themselves any harm.
